• Tsubame is illustrated as a regal man, along the same bloodlines of Soune Taya, but he is often described as a 'perverted gentleman'. Despite this, he's a bit of a charmer to the ladies, and feels that, by being refined, he can win the hearts of them ( although, he is prone to being perverted, without even realising ). This is probably the reason why he is usually seen as the 'Kamui Gakupo' of the UTAUloids.
• He's often seen being around the lesser known UTAUloids, but is always happy to make new acquaintances ( preferably female ). Tsubame is a bit simple-minded when it comes to this; anyone who makes him smile or laugh is sure to find the butler tagging along with them in the future.
• Tsubame doesn't enjoy work, but puts up with it anyway. Serving tea is what he is best at, but he's also helpful in other areas of butlering as well. Currently, he's not working for anyone, and is waiting for requests for one.
• No, he won't say "Yes, Master." to anyone. Not even if youwere sexy asked politely.

The female's striking orange hair was familiar to Tsubame, same with the toucan megaphone that she held in her hand. Once her name was revealed, the butler gave a grin and snapped his fingers. "Ah, yes, Ms. Fuuga Koto! Lovely to see you again, dear." he smiled. "My name is Tsubame; we both met each other once in the past." He gave a small bow.
The name certainly sounded familiar to Koto. Delighted with finding yet another person she had met before she smiled and watched as he bowed to her, not really returning any gesture of greeting, only grunting in acknowledgement to his politeness.
"Nice to see you again too? I guess..." Trailing off she rubbed her arm uncomfortably.
"So, what are you doing in a dump like this?"

He blinked a bit, before smiling at her. "Things were getting a tad dull back home, so I decided to come visit a few of my acquaintances, and even make new ones." Looking aroud him, Tsubame then chuckled slightly. "This area is quite lovely, if I may say. 'Dump' may be a harsh way to describe here, maybe."
